Miranda Sun

General Manager

Miranda Sun is a seasoned hospitality professional with over two decades of experience. Her passion for the culinary arts led her to pursue a degree in Hospitality Business at Boston University before returning to the Bay Area. She rose through the ranks at some of San Francisco’s most esteemed restaurants, including Epic Roasthouse, Ozumo, Dobbs Ferry, and Presidio Social Club.  Most recently, she served as Director of Operations at Cotogna, working alongside Lindsay and Chef Michael Tusk to uphold and evolve their legacy.

Beyond the restaurant world, she enjoys running, hiking, exploring Marin’s backroads, and caring for her 20-year-old red-eared slider turtle.
