Managing Partner

Min Park is a seasoned finance and restaurant professional. He is currently the CFO and COO for Omakase Restaurant Group and is owner, investor and board member of Itria Restaurant Group and Rooster & Rice. He has had extensive experience starting and operating fine dining restaurants. Prior to restaurants, he worked as a leveraged finance banker at JPMorgan, working on some of the largest technology m&a transactions.
